Seating about 38 people, Fraiche Restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Noah Tucker and Chef Anthony Joseph. The unique thing about Fraiche is that their menu is always changing according to the fruits and vegetable seasonal calendar. This allows patrons to try something new every time they attend the restaurant. Reminiscent of Jiro Dreams of Sushi, the chefs support local companies and farms by making daily trips to local vendors and fish markets to ensure the freshest of food. The plates are works of art displaying colorful combinations of seasonal yumminess.
